Banana Bread Protein Pancakes with stevia
Ingredients:
1 large banana mashed
1 T chia seed
1/4 C almond milk
1/2 C oats
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet NuNaturals Stevia
1 scoop Lifes Basics Protein
1/2 T coconut oil
Directions: In a large bowl mash banana until soft, whisk in almond milk, chia seeds, stevia, and vanilla. Stir in oats, protein, and cinnamon, mix to combine. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with coconut oil. Drop pancakes into pan, flatten just a bit and cook 2-3 minutes per side.
