Banana Bread Protein Pancakes with stevia


1 large banana mashed

1 T chia seed

1/4 C almond milk

1/2 C oats

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1 packet NuNaturals Stevia

1 scoop Lifes Basics Protein

1/2 T coconut oil

Directions: In a large bowl mash banana until soft, whisk in almond milk, chia seeds, stevia, and vanilla. Stir in oats, protein, and cinnamon, mix to combine. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with coconut oil. Drop pancakes into pan, flatten just a bit and cook 2-3 minutes per side.

Bananas...Mmmmm..I can't eat anything if there are no babanas in the dish. Thank you for sharing! There are not so many recipes with bananas, especially pancakes. These are wonderful!
