Coconut Crusted French Toast with Stevia

2 slices of fresh French bread, sliced thick 2 eggs splash of milk or milk substitute 5 drops of liquid vanilla stevia 2 T of shredded coconut Butter for frying
Mix everything except bread together in a shallow bowl. Dip the bread into it, on both sides, letting the bread soak up the mixture. Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan, and then fry the soaked bread until golden.
