Fruit Smoothie with stevia

My kids love this recipe and we have it almost every morning. Using a frozen banana makes this smoothie super thick you can eat with a spoon. Make sure to peel your banana before placing them in the freezer. When they are not looking I am able to sneak some secret ingredients in the smoothie!
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen (or fresh) berries. My kids like all strawberry the best.
- 1 Stevia packet
- 1 cup milk or more depending on how thick you want your smoothie
* 1 tbsp flax seed oil or fish oil
* handful of spinach (trust me you cannot taste it)
I use my magic bullet to mix all together and viola the best smoothie ever!
