When using light products or other products that contain sugar replacements (aspartame etc) I get a heart rate that goes way too high.
At irregular times my heartrate goes up to 225 bpm and stays there for seconds to minutes. So I stopped using these products and the problem stopped.
Now I see all the good stories about stevia. I sincerely hope they are all true. But nobody ever indicated or recognized the aspartame problem.
So I'm very concerned what stevia will do to my heart.
Does anybody now anything? Or am I gonna be the guinea pig?
I'm not a doctor, and I don't know what is causing the problems with your heart, so I can't give you any advice. I advise you to see a cardiologist if you're not sure what is causing these palpitations.
Please don't make a guinea pig of yourself. Nothing is worth that risk.
Good luck, and be sure to update us with the rest of your story!
