Stevia taste difference can be an issue

by Angie Stein
(Des Moines Ia. USA)

I've been fighting diabetes for over ten years. I have always used artificial sweeteners and didn't know why they were harmful besides the side-affects that really didn't seem to bother me.

I finally know the whole story and have begun incorporating stevia into my diet. My biggest issue is the taste of stevia takes some getting used to. I think I was using far too much in my coffee and I went back to using splenda.

I am working on getting the artificial sweetener out of my diet and would appreciate any advise on this.

I don’t know much more about the taste difference. Actually if there is a taste difference at my home, we never use it again. Maybe that is because why magnetic balls cube husband have no other diabetic problem, as I am more concerned about the purity.
