Stevia Tropical Smoothie

Tropical Smoothie with stevia
Ingredients:
* 8 ounces 100% pure coconut water
* 2/3 cup frozen mango
* 1/2 large lime, peeled
* 2 tablespoons shaved coconut
* 1 scoop protein powder
* 1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds*
* 1 tablespoon Nordic Naturals lemon fish oil (no fishy flavor), optional
* 3-4 drops of NuNaturals vanilla stevia, or to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Yield: 1 serving
*To make soaked chia seeds: Add 2 tablespoons chia seeds to 8 ounces of water and store in the refrigerator, stirring well after an hour. Will keep for up to a week.
