sugar free icing recipe with stevia
- 2 teaspoons white stevia powder
- 1/8 cup
butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
extract
- 2 tablespoons milk (more
if needed)

electric mixer on low, blend all ingredients together for about 2
minutes, adding more milk (if necessary) until the icing is creamy.

- 2 large egg
whites

water

syrup

set about 2 inches from the simmering water. Beat in remaining

cocoa

- 1/4 cup
margarine

milk

Slowly add cocoa mixture and beat until creamy and add extra milk if

butter

buttermilk

first 5 ingredients together in heavy pot and place over low heat,
stirring until completely dissolved. When hot, add marshmallows. Cook
until thermometer reaches 230°F (110°C). Remove from heat. Add vanilla
extract and beat until cloudy. Place pot in pan of hot water to keep at
spreading consistency, if desired.

- 1 1/2 teaspoons white stevia powder
- 2 egg
whites
- 1 tablespoon light corn
syrup
- 1/2 cup finely crushed
peppermint candy

Combine
stevia, egg whites and corn syrup in the top of a double boiler. Add
water and beat on low speed until just blended. Place over boiling
water. Beat on high until stiff peaks form. Remove from heat. Add
crushed peppermint and beat until thick.
